Welcome to the International Builder Show in Las Vegas, where Modulus has unveiled the impressive Las Vegas model, a 12200 ft steel frame prefab home boasting two bedrooms and two bathrooms. This year, Modulus has upped their game, offering a unique entryway, spacious living areas with wood walls and vinyl plank floors, and furniture crafted by their parent company, TRU Corporation, known for supplying top hotels like the Marriott and Ritz Carlton. The kitchen is a storage haven with tall cabinets, a pots and pans drawer, and plenty of counter space, making it a chef's dream.
Moving into the bedrooms, both the second bedroom and the main bedroom offer ample space, with the main bedroom featuring a walk-in closet, a workstation, and access to a patio. The bathroom is a luxurious retreat with a deep tub, a shower head, and a backlit mirror, adding a touch of elegance. The home can be shipped from Vietnam in either four or five containers, with the option to include the furniture seen in the model. The price of $115 per square foot, around $140,000 in total, is just the starting point, with additional costs for shipping and setup depending on the location.
Overall, the Las Vegas model from Modulus impresses with its attention to detail, spacious layout, and modern design elements. From the moment you step into the proper entryway to the luxurious main bedroom, every corner of this home exudes quality and comfort. With a focus on functionality and style, Modulus has created a prefab home that combines practicality with elegance, offering a glimpse into the future of housing design.
