Tonight, we find ourselves at the international Builder Show in the vibrant city of Las Vegas, Nevada. Here, amidst the hustle and bustle, a remarkable sight catches our attention - two Park models ingeniously fused into one expansive 680 square feet home by the skilled hands of Cavco from Glendale, Arizona. This innovative creation boasts a unique Breezeway, a covered porch with built-in speakers, and a rooftop deck offering a stunning view of the Vegas skyline. The exterior clad in LP siding exudes modernity and charm, setting the stage for the grand reveal within.
Stepping inside, we are greeted by a living space unlike any other, devoid of traditional bedrooms but rich in creativity. The living room features an electric fireplace, cleverly designed storage, and ample natural light streaming in through strategically placed windows. The open layout seamlessly transitions into a spacious kitchen equipped with top-of-the-line appliances, a smart home system, and a cozy dining area. A half bath adds convenience to this multifunctional space, showcasing the thoughtful design that went into crafting this extraordinary abode.
Venturing through the Breezeway, we enter the bedroom half of the home, where luxury meets practicality. Here, a stacking washer dryer, generous storage options, and a stylish work station cater to both comfort and functionality. The bedroom exudes a sense of tranquility with its wood accents, ceiling fan, and well-appointed en suite bathroom featuring a walk-in shower with sleek black fixtures. The seamless blend of form and function continues with built-in storage solutions, a spacious closet, and a meticulously designed floor plan that maximizes every square foot of the 550-square-foot Sky View model from Cavco.
